Ingredients - Serves 1
200 ml coconut milk
1/4th cup veggies of your choice (sautéed)
2 tbsp WS Khowsuey Paste
Water
Rice noodles/spaghetti (cooked)
Garnish
Fried onion
Fried garlic
Spring onion
Peanuts
Coriander
Fried noodles
Lemon
Chilli

Method
1. Add some coconut milk to the pan and heat it.
2. As soon the milk boils add paste and sauté.
3. Add veggies and sauté
4. Add more milk and water to adjust consistency as per your choice.
5. Once cooked, add Khowsuey to a bowl and add cooked noodles.
6. Add garnish as per your choice.
7. Enjoy hot!
