Storage Instructions - Best before 9 months from the date of mfg. Store in a cool and dry place. Keep refrigerated once opened and use within 1 month of opening.

Cooking Instructions
- Combine 1/4th cup each of toovar dal, yellow mung dal, masoor dal, and urad dal along with 150gms each of brinjal, pumpkin, tomatoes, bottle gourd, spring onions, fenugreek leaves, and potatoes. Add salt and water to pressure cook for 4 whistles. Using little water, blend it to a smooth dal-vegetable mixture.
- Put the paste in a pan with 1/4th cup water and sauté. Add Dal – Veg mix. Pour more water if needed. Add salt to taste. Cook for 10 mins.
- Serve it with a bowl of rice. Garnish with caramelized onion.
