Cooking Instructions - Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté julienned bell peppers, sprouts, and crushed peanuts on a high flame. Add protein of your choice (Paneer, Tofu) - Add the sauce and 1.5 cups of water to the mixture. Let it cook for 5 mins. - Add cooked Pad Thai Noodles and toss it well. - Add salt and green/bird eye chilli as per your preference. Top up with roasted peanuts.
