Ingredients - Green chillies, Lemongrass, Onion, Garlic, Galangal, Kaffir lime, Coriander, Basil, Corn starch, Coconut, Salt, Sugar, Oil, Condiments and Spices. No preservatives.
Storage Instructions - Best before 9 months from the date of mfg. Store in a cool and dry place. Keep refrigerated once opened and use within 1 month of opening.

Cooking Instructions
- Put the paste in a pan with 1/4th cup water and sauté.
- Add parboiled vegetables/protein of your choice. (Broccoli, Zucchini, Bell peppers, French beans, Carrots, Tofu, Paneer, Chicken, Prawns)
- Add 600ml of coconut milk and boil for 5-7 mins or till thick.
- Add salt and sugar as per taste.
- Add green/bird-eye chilli as per your preference.
- Serve it with a bowl of steamed rice. Drizzle our chilli garlic oil to accentuate the taste.
