Ingredients
150 ml coconut milk
1 cube of vegetable stock
Aromats (Basil, Lemongrass, birdeye chilli, galangal)
100 ml water
1 bowl veggies of your choice
1/4th cup @wholespoon.in thai green curry paste
Steamed rice or Jasmin rice
Method
1. Add some coconut milk in a pan and heat it till creamy.
2. Add veggie stock cube and aromats and stir well
3. Add in Thai Green Curry curry paste, some water and stir well.
4. Add the veggies, protein of your choice, remaining coconut milk and water. Close the lid and let it simmer for 5 mins.
5. Serve hot with steamed/Jasmin rice
