Ingredients150 ml coconut milk1 cube of vegetable stockAromats (Basil, Lemongrass, birdeye chilli, galangal)100 ml water1 bowl veggies of your choice1/4th cup @wholespoon.in thai green curry pasteSteamed rice or Jasmin riceMethod1. Add some coconut milk in a pan and heat it till creamy.2. Add veggie stock cube and aromats and stir well3. Add in Thai Green Curry curry paste, some water and stir well.4. Add the veggies, protein of your choice, remaining coconut milk and water. Close the lid and let it simmer for 5 mins.5.
